Tremonti reveal 'Cauterize' album art


Mark Tremonti's solo band today revealed the album art for their upcoming solo album, Cauterize.  The image depicts the face of a wild-haired man emerging from a body of water, while a wooden boat burns in the foreground.

The Cauterize artwork was personally designed by Mark's brother Dan, who owns Core 12, a Chicago-based design firm.  Dan has been responsible for the art on all of Mark's albums to date, including Creed and Alter Bridge's releases.  He also serves as President of Fret 12, Tremonti's record label.  According to Fret 12 COO Tim Tournier, the Cauterize artwork contains many hidden pieces that complement a connected storyline that dates back to the My Own Prison cover.

Tremonti released the lead Cauterize single, "Another Heart", on Tuesday.  Check out the song's artwork below:
