Tremonti finish recording and post preview of second album

Mark Tremonti and his solo band have just finished recording their second album.   The band recorded 20 songs over the last month at producer Michael "Elvis" Baskette's studio Barbarosa in Orlando, Florida.  They plan to include 12 tracks on the album, with the remaining 8 being released on a monthly basis starting a year later.  The record is currently being mixed, and is due for release in 2015.

To coincide with this milestone, Fret 12 has just posted a teaser video that provides a sneak peak at some of the material that was recorded.  Check it out below:

The band's follow-up to 2012's All I Was will again feature Mark Tremonti on lead guitar and vocals, Eric Friedman on rhythm guitar and backing vocals, and Garrett Whitlock on drums, as well as Wolfgang Van Halen on bass.  Wolfgang was not present on Tremonti's debut album, but joined the band as an official member for the entirety of the All I Was tour.
