MT-Net mentioned on Blabbermouth

6-12-2006 was mentioned today in a article, in reference to our recent posting of the new live tracks from Pinkpop 2006. As a result site hits and bandwidth usage more than doubled for the day.

The article follows:

Mark Tremonti (ALTER BRIDGE, ex-CREED) fan site has uploaded live recordings of three new ALTER BRIDGE songs, recorded during the band's appearance at the Pinkpop festival in Holland on June 4. Check out the tracks "Come to Life", "Buried Alive" and "Bitch Slap" at this location.

ALTER BRIDGE recently announced that they have terminated their recording, publishing, and merchandising agreements with Wind-Up Records. The band are currently making plans to record the follow-up to their first album, the gold-certified "One Day Remains", which debuted at No. 5 on The Billboard 200 chart its week of release.

ALTER BRIDGE have not made any decisions on how or with whom they will be releasing their second album. "It's a brand new world for us right now," explained drummer Scott Phillips. "It's especially surreal for Mark and me to be considering all of ALTER BRIDGE's options at this point since he and I have been under contract with Wind-Up since 1997. We've gotten some very interesting calls but until we officially terminated the deals with Wind-Up, we couldn't really think about our future too much," Phillips added.
